If the Order is Dispatched:- You will receive a shipping confirmation along with the tracking details on your registered Email ID. You can track your order using the link on your Email ID.

If the order is not dispatched:- We usually dispatch all the orders within 48 working hours, kindly wait for the shipping confirmation email sent from our side along with the tracking details.

All transactions and payments are carried out through PayU Money, India's leading payment provider, that protects your personal information and only proceeds with payments after the OTP verification process linked to your phone number has been completed.

Offline Payments


We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date of the merchandise.

Product ought to be returned unused along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy. These are compulsory supporting items to initiate returns.


If any product is returned without the compulsory supporting, the product shall not be accepted for return.

The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.

In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately.


We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.

In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.


Once we have your order back in the warehouse, refund will be initiated within 7 business days.


Free shipping is available on all orders, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping  charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 3000/-


Please allow 5 -7 business days for your order to be delivered. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.


Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. As per recent Unlock protocols in effects regarding the ongoing pandemic, please allow a few additional days for order dispatch and delivery.


​We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.

You can use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.


Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
